By accessing or using Airtrek AI ("Airtrek AI," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Airtrek AI is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Airtrek AI provides an immersive history experience powered by artificial intelligence. Features include AI-generated conversations with historical characters, synthesized voices, AI-generated portraits based on your selfie, and a passport gallery. All characters and content are AI simulations for educational and entertainment purposes.
All characters, voices, portraits, and scene images on Airtrek AI are AI-generated. Historical accuracy is attempted but not guaranteed. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always verify historical claims against authoritative sources.
You agree not to:
Your original selfie and any AI-generated historical portraits derived from it are encrypted and stored locally on your device. Airtrek AI does not retain these images on its servers; the server only receives your selfie transiently to run the AI transformation and returns the result. If you want to keep a portrait permanently, you can download it from the app. Clearing your browser data will delete locally stored selfies and portraits.
Airtrek AI's software, design, trademarks, and AI-generated service content are owned by Airtrek AI. You retain ownership of any selfies or text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your submissions solely to operate and improve the service.
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. Account deletion is irreversible and will remove your profile, chat history, generated media, and other personal data, subject to our legal obligations and immutable audit logs.
Airtrek AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airtrek AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For users in the European Economic Area, mandatory provisions of local consumer protection law may apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and, where appropriate, through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
